All in one service that includes complete tear down of your seat and replacement of Foam Cushion and cover.

This process involves replacement seat foam with a NEW seat foam made in our facility with our injection molding process. All seats then go through metal work(if your seat uses a metal base pan) or other structural repair work if needed. Then we go ahead, prep, and paint the seat pan if required.

Your seat will look brand new and you’ll be back to riding in no time!

For those who want to add more comfort to their ride.

We also offer the ability to develop a custom foam, designed for your shape and size as well as improve ride quality. All custom work is done in-house and performed by our engineering team goes through a CAD/CAM computer modeling process and can develop a seat to improve ride height or weight distribution. Then we begin the process of creating the foam using our injection molding process.

This process is more extensive and requires developing designs and molds to best suit your needs.
